1. Who we are and what you agree to
IlongGo! is operated by ProFlow Partners Corporation ("we", "us"), Iloilo City, Philippines. By creating an account or using the app or this website, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. What IlongGo! does
IlongGo! shows jeepney routes, live vehicle positions, estimated arrival times and estimated fares in Iloilo City, and gives cooperatives and local governments tools to manage and understand their network. The commuter app is free.
3. Your account
- Commuters may use the app as a guest or with an account. Give us accurate details and keep your password private.
- Drivers must hold a valid licence and be linked to a verified cooperative before they can broadcast a trip.
- Cooperatives must give truthful registration details and are responsible for the drivers and vehicles they register.
You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us if you think it has been misused.

4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service. That includes broadcasting a false position, registering a vehicle or driver you are not entitled to, scraping or overloading our systems, trying to get into accounts or data that are not yours, or using the service for anything unlawful. Do not post reviews, ratings or reports that are false, that you were paid or rewarded for, or that are about a place or ride you have not used.
5. Live information is an estimate
Positions, arrival times and routes depend on drivers sharing their location and on the network. They can be late, wrong or missing. Use your own judgment when you travel. We are not responsible for a missed ride or a decision made on an estimate.
6. Fares
Fare figures are estimates based on published LTFRB fare rules and the discount you choose in the app. The fare you pay on the jeepney is set by the operator and the rules in force that day. If they differ, the operator's fare applies.
7. Cooperatives and local governments
Access for cooperatives and local governments is provided under a separate agreement [lawyer: confirm structure]. That agreement sets the terms of that service. If it conflicts with these Terms, it wins for that service.
Drivers belong to their cooperative. Drivers who use IlongGo! are members or employees of their transport cooperative, not of ProFlow. Fares, schedules, vehicles and the conduct of a ride are the responsibility of the cooperative and the driver.
8. Location sharing by drivers
A driver's position is shared with riders and with their cooperative only while a trip is active and not paused. Drivers choose when a trip starts and ends.
9. Our content and yours
The app, its design and its software are ours or our licensors'. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them as intended. Map data comes from OpenStreetMap contributors and is used under its licence.
10. Ending your use
You can stop at any time and delete your account from the Account tab in the app, or from the account deletion page if you cannot sign in. We may suspend or end access for breaking these Terms or to protect riders, drivers or the service. [lawyer: notice period and data handling on termination]
11. Disclaimers and limits
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to [amount, lawyer to set]. Nothing here limits rights you have under Philippine consumer law that cannot be waived.
12. Law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes go to the proper courts of Iloilo City [lawyer: confirm venue].
13. Changes
We may update these Terms as the service grows. We will post the new version here with a new date, and tell signed-in users in the app when a change matters. Using the service after a change means you accept it.
